Q576 — Originally registered in 1921 to J.J. Knight , Managing Director of The Brisbane Courier and a renowned Queensland historian and author. Knight was a founding president of the Queensland Aero Club and famously discussed the original concept of a flying doctor service with Reverend John Flynn — years before the RFDS came into existence. Knight has a full entry in the Australian Dictionary of Biography and was featured in Men of Queensland 1929.
