THESE ARE REAL HEAD TURNER PLATES AND GET A LOT OF ATTENTION. I have retired, removed these plates from my Lexus, and sold the car. The plates have now been stored with Service NSW (formerly known as RTA) for sale of transfer for the right to display. You will of course be subject to the RTAs annual fee.
Looking for a $3,500 to secure these plates. I have pics on my Lexus before lodging them with Service NSW. I also have all the official papers proving the plates on store at Service NSW. I am advised by RTA the best way of effecting rights of transfer is for:
1. Pay me as the transferor $3,500 cash on the day of collection of the plates.
2. The buyer and myself go to Service NSW office together and officially sign over the paperwork. You will need to have your old or existing plates ready to return to Service NSW at the same time to place your new custom plates on your own car.
3. U need to pay to Service NSW a plate transfer fee of $215.00
4. U drive away with your great looking plates.
The plates are in the European design however once you own them you can apply at the RTA for other configurations of plate types (RTA nominal fees for remake apply).
