This is for the rights to the plates. Once you have changed your usual plates over to BARBI3, you will be sent a set of new plates in whatever colours you prefer by Transport SA.
As these are personalized you only need to pay for them once ever, not ongoing, and it's a much cheaper initial cost.
Perfect for first plates or if your nickname is Barbie, like mine was. I now have Miss May plates that my husband bought me when we were engaged, so no longer require the rights to these :)
