Extremely RARE WA optional old series number plate produced in the 90’s. These are not the original historic plates but the heritage WCE plates which are numbers only. Very similar to bicentennial plates in VIC which also hold incredible value.

It comes with the original rights to display and trade the number '346' certificate which is identical to the historic heritage display rights.
