These VIC plates have never been assigned or affixed to a vehicle and are currently placed on self-retention.

Slimline plates, black on silver.

Designed to be one of a matching pair, with "UOUOU" (also in my possession - see pics attached) being its reversed in colour counterpart.

The symmetrical design is based on the pattern of the “Calçadão de Ipanema” promenade in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
