Ordered on first day the HSV plates became available from Vicroads in ''09'' with out running a prior check for available, I got luck. The combo on plates were ordered back in 90''s but were never picked up once delivered to vicroads. So vicroads had the plates destroyed. The systems at vicroads till 09'' had read, in use/not available. Combo has yet to been seen on Victorian roads as my project has & will not be finish. Plates still in New condition in original mail cardboard box when sent out
